Help trying to upload images and it’s all going horribly wrong!

Just updated my iPad to IOS 8 and can’t upload any pictures😁. For an art blog this is not good!

panic over …after spending two hours on the phone to a lovely lady in America I think I am back on line! Well it appears I can post but no photos….plan b?
